STEP 1

Consultation with homeowner to select custom colours and design curbing lines, outline irrigation or other special requirements.

STEP 2

Prep the curbing trench by using a mini sod cutter or edging machine then mixing the concrete on-site with a specialized trailer towed by truck.

STEP 3

Base colour of concrete is added along with reinforced, fibre mesh and admixtures for the strongest possible concrete.

STEP 4

Concrete is wheel barrowed from trailer to small, curbing machine that leaves virtually no footprint over lawn.

STEP 5

Concrete is shoveled into machine; pouring out a continuous curb onto trenched design.6) Curb is troweled and perfected.

STEP 6

Coloured release powders are added to complement the home’s colour scheme and allow the ‘Stone’ impression tools to release from the curb.

STEP 7

A variety of carving tools are used to hand-craft the concrete to create  the look of a beautiful stone border.

The site is fully cleaned up before leaving for the day.

Return trip from crew member a few days later to blow off the excess release powders and spray on a U.V. stable, concrete sealer to really highlight the colours of your new, stone border.
