Meet the owner; Chris Lamont.

Welcome, it’s so very nice to meet you! Landscape and construction industries had been my passion for the past 25 years. I have worked for Mt. Washington (maintenance), City of Courtenay (roads crew), City of Saanich (gardener), School District #71(teacher/maintenance) and a wide variety of construction trades from forming and framing on up to roofing. My team and I, bring all of this wealth of landscape and construction knowledge to create the best concrete curbs in Comox, Courtenay, Cumberland, Campbell River and the surrounding areas of the Comox Valley. We can also make special arrangements to travel to add our Curb Appeal.

My artisan abilities were dissatisfied with the the all too repetitive and simple industry standard look of rollers and brick stamps of plain curbing. After studying rock faces and fissures and working with renowned artists to learn how to layer colours that perfectly complemented the magnificent, greyish blues, brown and greens hues of Pacific Northwest mountain stones, I began to slowly help change a somewhat stagnant industry. I was likely the first Canadian concrete contractor to hand carve, custom Stone curbing. This skill has taken me all over North America to help other concrete companies learn my craft. A born teacher, I really love to uplift others to bring their businesses up and help them set a new standard of ‘World Class’ concrete landscape curbing!
