Continuous, hand-carved concrete curbing that frames your gardens, keeps rock and mulch out of the lawn, and lets you mow right to the edge.
Decorative concrete curbing is a continuous border poured in place around garden beds, trees, driveways, walkways and play areas. Ours is shaped and textured by hand on site, then colored in layers to look like the natural rock of the Pacific Northwest. It is not a plain roller curb or a stamped strip.
Because the curb is poured in place as a continuous border, grass has far fewer places to push through, and there is no wood to rot or metal to rust. Comox Valley Curb Appeal has been installing curbing around the valley since 2004. Justin Smith of K&K Excavating now owns and runs the company.
Garden beds and flower borders, tree rings, driveway and pathway edges, rock and gravel beds, fire pit and play area borders, and courtyards. We also work on commercial properties.
Not sure what your yard needs? Send a few photos or ask for a free estimate.
We start with a free estimate and talk through the layout and the stone color. After that we cut the sod and prep a solid base, pour the curb in place, then carve and color it by hand. If beds need to be dug out or rock moved first, the same crew can do that too.

Yes. We offer a range of stone colors and will help you pick one that suits your siding, stonework and landscaping.
It depends on how much curbing you need and how much site prep the yard needs. We will give you a timeline with your estimate.
